Frank Edoho Claims Majority of Women Prefer “Bad Boys” Over Consistently Nice Guys

Popular media personality Frank Edoho has stirred conversation by asserting that most women do not actually like men who are always kind. Speaking on the TVC talk show The Black Table, Edoho argued that women tend to be more attracted to “bad boys” who show kindness only occasionally, rather than men who are consistently nice.

He shared that his view was shaped after reading responses to a blog question asked of women: “What is that red flag that you admire in the opposite sex?” One woman’s answer stood out—she said she was attracted to a man who says, “I don’t want to repeat myself again,” describing it as a turn-on. Others mentioned being drawn to men who display dominance or power, such as waxing them, which they found appealing.

While acknowledging that not all women fit this pattern, Edoho insisted that the majority prefer men who are not always nice but who carry a certain edge. His comments challenge the common belief that “nice guys finish last,” suggesting instead that assertiveness and a bit of unpredictability can be more attractive.

The remarks have sparked lively debates on social media, fueling discussions about what women truly seek in relationships and the dynamics between “nice guys” and “bad boys.” Edoho’s candid perspective adds a fresh angle to ongoing conversations about attraction and gender roles in modern Nigerian society.
